I've heard from respected brothers and 'Ulama that this event was a great success. It served to remove a lot of misconceptions around the status of Imam al 'Azam Abu Hanifah (ra), his school, and the whole concept of Taqleed. Alhamdulillah!
JazakumAllahu Khairan to all the organizers and the 'Ulama who spoke at the event. IMHO, the invited 'Ulama were the cream of the crop of the UK's current day Hanafi scholars. Wassalaam

ASAWRWB.
Alhamdolillah I was able to download from the first link. I also able to listnen to Sheikh Al-Kawthari and mashallah his talk was packed with so much knowledge and good advice. On another note, I am here in the US and works with an small Islamic Organization and wanted to see if students that were part of this thread and reside in the US are interested in having this same conference in the US in the NY region. I have sent an email to the As-Suffa Organization to get some contact there. If any Brother or Sister on this thread is involved with those Brs and Sisters in England and can help facilitate this, would be really helpful. Let me know Br. Gohar Ayub
